The curious paradox is that when I accept myself just as I am, then I can change.
Carl Rogers
The more we let God take over, the more truly ourselves we become.
C.S. Lewis
Coming to therapy might seem scary. While it does take courage to create change, success is possible. I have gotten to hear so many stories of redemption: marriages that seemed beyond hope gaining incredible intimacy; people whose lives have been riddled with anxiety finally start to take control. It is possible and I believe you can do it. The road may not be easy but it is worth it.
My approach is grounded in Cognitive Behavioral therapy and
attachment theory. But I love to be creative and incorporate
other methods such as creating genograms, and using art
during sessions. I work with Lifeologie Counseling Frisco.
To know more about me, I am an interracially married, youth
pastor's wife, and mother of two boys. I enjoy reading,
writing when I can, trying new recipes, learning new
cultures, drinking fancy coffee and deep conversation.
Whether you are struggling or just want to learn more about
yourself, I would love to get to know you!

Individual Therapy
Coming to therapy might not be easy but it is worth it. Whether you are struggling with a mental illness or you are simply trying to make a tough decision, I am happy to walk the journey with you.

Couples Counseling
Let's face it, marriage is hard. We have trouble communicating, make mistakes and hurt the ones we love most. I am able to give you a safe space to process and equip you to best love your spouse.

Missionary Care
We set out to provide healing to the nations but sometimes forget that God intends to heal us too. Being on the field has unique struggles that I am familiar and able to help with.

Pregnancy and Post-Partum
They are perhaps the most beautiful thing on earth but they stir up emotions in us that sometimes we cannot explain or control. I can help you gain understanding and be the mom you want to be.

Online Counseling
Do not let long distance or time constraints prevent you from investing in yourself. After an initial face to face session, online counseling is available for Texas residents.

Art Therapy
Art can open up avenues in therapy that talk simply cannot. By stimulating a different part of your brain you may tap into emotions that can only be shared through images.
